Accessibility

For everyone

Last updated: September 2026

We want everyone to be able to read the menu and place an order, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. This page explains where the site stands and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the whole site, from the menu to the order confirmation. We treat accessibility as part of building the site rather than something to add later.

What we have done

  • Pages use real headings and landmarks, so screen readers can jump straight to the menu, the cart or the checkout form.
  • Menus, sheets and drawers can be opened, used and closed from a keyboard, with a visible focus ring on every control.
  • The main controls, from menu rows to the place order button, have tap targets of at least 44 pixels.
  • Text colors are checked against the AA contrast ratio, including on the red and green bands.
  • If your system asks for reduced motion, the site removes its animations.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and errors are shown next to the field they belong to.
  • Photos have alt text that says what is in them. Decorative textures are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Nothing is carried by color alone. Status and errors are always written out as well.

Known limitations

  • Some decorative textures and handwritten notes on photos are visual only. They repeat nothing you need in order to place an order.
  • The card form at checkout is provided by Shift4 and runs inside their frame, so we cannot change how it behaves.
  • The map on the Hours & contact page is an embed provided by Google. The address beside it is written out in text and links to directions.

If you find something else, tell us and we will work on it.

Ordering help

If any part of the site is hard to use, the kitchen can take your order another way. Use the details on our Hours & contact page. You can also order on Uber Eats or DoorDash where we are listed. Those links are in the footer of every page.
